It is formulated to warm muscles prior to exercise, may help prevent injury, may assist muscle recovery and minor sporting injuries. Ideal for those harder-to-reach places such as the shoulders and back. Easily absorbed, fast acting. Perfect for those not wishing to get product on their hands.  DirectionsApply topically, up to 5 applications within a 24 hour period. For best results, apply a generous amount of X-ZONE, then massage deeply into the target area(s). Amount will vary depending on the size of the muscle group/target area - generally between 4-6 sprays is recommended per target area. To optimise efficacy, open the pores of the skin prior to application, either via exercise, a hot shower/bath, sauna or heated wheat bag. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
